We currently provide Remote DBA services from our US and India offices for routine monitoring, maintenance, tuning of Oracle databases including high availability systems.

Several options are available from routine maintenance to level 1 and level 2 supports of Oracle installations with multiple databases as well as high availability systems.

• Regular monitoring and health checks on your databases
• Resolving any issues that may be reported by customer personnel
• Providing problem resolutions and/or workarounds
• We update and build knowledge base specific to your database
• Issues to analyze type of issues and advice on solutions.

Our remote services are not intended to replace Oracle Upgrade Support but provide proactive DBA service at much lower cost and often fixed monthly basis, to minimize on issues.
