Sumer Mathur -President Sumer focuses on strategic direction for InfiCare management team. He is a CPA and has over twenty five years of experience in private and public companies in US, Europe and India. Sumer's experience is in Strategic alliances, marketing and corporate finance. Prior to founding InfiCare, Sumer was Vice President at HSO Global BV a provider of ERP implementation solutions in Americas, Europe and Asia. Sumer focused on consolidating operations of thirteen operating companies and raising strategic investment for the company. From 1994 to 1999 he was the Corporate Controller and acting CFO of HealthScribe, Inc. an outsourced healthcare services company in Sterling VA. He helped grow the company from 10 to 800+ employees, which set foundation for what became 2nd largest medical transcription company in the world and was acquired by Medquist in 2010. Sumer was also a director on Board of HealthScribe's Indian subsidiary and its joint venture company that he identified for setting up a 300-person center in Mysore, India. Sumer raised financing from venture capital and strategic investors in US and Europe to finance rapid growth of HSO Global BV Netherlands and HealthScribe, Inc. Prior to moving to US in 1991, Sumer worked with TCS- Tata Consulting Services in management consulting division and with Thapars in their corporate finance office.

Sumer has a Bachelors degree in Accounting, having graduated with honors from Sri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi in 1982. Additional education includes a Chartered Accountant certification in India in 1986 and CPA certification in USA in 1992.

Nagender SinghNagender focuses on IT consulting and staff augmentation sales and client relationships. Nagender has more than 7 yrs experience in multiple domains within Information Technology. He leads efforts to explore new business avenues starting from identifying prospect, formulating approach strategy and delivery. Prior to InfiCare, he worked with the Information Systems department of one of the biggest logistics company in India. He helped them implement a complex software system essential to Data management and business intelligence. Nagender has a Professional Diploma in Information Technology from National Institute of Information Technology.

Sandeep YadavSandeep heads InfiCare's consulting and staff augmentation efforts in US and OCONUS locations. Sandeep is an experienced and dynamic general management executive accomplished at growing and managing high performance, complex-process service delivery operations.

Sandeep has over ten years of work experience in Information Technology and outsourcing. He brings on board diverse and cross-functional exposure in Operations, Customer Service as well as Technology functions. He works closely with HR and delivery workforce to focus on optimization and efficiency and is well versed with pressures of dealing with challenging clients in US and India. Prior to InfiCare, he worked with vCustomer and Hero Group of Companies and held strategic positions in Operations Management, Training & Development and Process Migrations. His academic background is in Electronics & Telecommunications, Computer Applications and Business Administration.

Charit Mathur Charit has 20 year of experience in relationship/ account management and delivery. As Vice President, Charit manages some of key client relationships. He frequently works with clients’ sales team to help them win new business by providing key resources. Prior to InfiCareTech Charit was leading account management and sales for Satyam, a major outsourcing company. During this period he was instrumental in opening several key accounts and growing the existing ones across several industry verticals. Prior to this Charit worked in various roles at PNC’s outsourcing division for 15 years. Starting from back office operations he handled several roles in marketing, relationship management, pre-sales and sales. Charit has a Bachelors degree in Arts from University of Delhi and is an MBA.

Raja Newton Raja leads a delivery team focused on niche and hard to find skills. As Manager Strategic Sourcing, he is also responsible for implementing internal processes to ensure high quality of service to our staff augmentation clients. Raja has been with InfiCare Technologies for over five years and brings a rich experience in processes, internal training, sourcing and screening IT professionals for client requirements. Raja has a Bachelors of Engineering degree in Computer Science and has a Diploma in Computer Technology.
